How a trip
actually gets built

Most travel sites say everything is bespoke and end the conversation there. Here is exactly how working with us happens, from the first message to the recap a week after you get home.

You write us

Fill the inquiry form on the contact page. Dates, group size, what matters most, anything we should know up front. A real person on our team reads every message within a few hours. We do not have account managers or a routing system.

30 minutes, within 24 to 48 hours

We talk

Stacie or Jordanny gets on a call with you, depending on the shape of the trip. WhatsApp video or Zoom, your call. We ask questions, listen for the things behind what you said, and flag anything that needs to happen quickly because of the season. No commitment from either side.

Within 72 hours of the call

We propose

A tailored written proposal. Two or three villa options matched to your group, a sample week with timing and operators named, and a clear cost breakdown. Villa, chef, transfers, experiences, taxes. No hidden line items and no padded service fees.

As long as it takes

We refine

Swap villas, shorten the week, move the boat day, replace the catamaran with a fishing charter, add a wellness afternoon. We iterate on the proposal until it feels right. There is no revision fee and there is no deadline to decide.

When you are ready

You confirm

A signed booking and a fifty percent deposit holds the dates. We send the booking contract, villa terms, and a clear cancellation policy before any money moves. The remaining balance is due seventy-two hours before arrival, not earlier.

The two weeks before your trip

We prepare

Final itinerary delivered, restaurant reservations confirmed, partner schedules locked in, transfer times set. A welcome kit waiting at the villa on arrival with the snacks, drinks, and fresh flowers you asked for. Your direct WhatsApp channel with the on-the-ground team goes live.

Every day you are here

We host

Airport welcome, in-villa briefing, daily check-ins. The chef knows your dietary notes, the surf coach has your level, the boat captain has your group. We watch the weather, the swell, and the wildlife windows in the background and adjust quietly. Anything that goes sideways, we handle before it touches your week.

About a week after you get home

We say thank you

A short message and the photos we took during the week without you noticing. A recipe from the chef if you asked. And when Nosara starts pulling you back, and it will, you already know who picks up the phone. If you want, we will send word when the season turns and it is worth planning the next one.
