About Casa Almendra

Casa Almendra is named for the almond tree, the local Almendra that shaded the property when it was built. The villa revolves around a breathtaking interior courtyard with an infinity pool, where indoor and outdoor living merge through full-width sliding glass doors.

Five bedrooms, all on the second level, each with teak floors, locally crafted furniture, and ensuite bathrooms. The main master features a king bed, double walk-in closets, AC, and a rain-shower bath with a soaking tub. A second master in the secondary building adds another king with its own tub-and-shower ensuite. Two twin rooms with separate entrances complete the layout, with an optional connecting door for larger groups.

The kitchen features black granite, a Guanacaste wood dining table, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. A water filtration system and full solar setup keep the home running smoothly. A private chef is included in your stay.

Outdoor highlights: infinity-pool lounging, a pergola-covered outdoor couch area, a BBQ station, and a large wooden yoga deck shaded by trees behind the house. K section is one of the quietest pockets of South Guiones, with the beach a short walk away.
