About Terrace House
Terrace House is one of the more architecturally celebrated homes in South Guiones, designed by Studio Saxe and built sunken into the hillside to minimize impact on the surrounding jungle.
The top floor is wrapped in 360 degrees of jungle canopy, with terraces designed as a series of lounge spaces that each catch a different angle of light. The pool seamlessly blends into the lush surroundings, and the indoor-outdoor flow is extended by a large overhanging roof structure that lets you stay outside through every weather.
Four deluxe bedrooms each have king-sized beds (convertible to twins) and ensuite bathrooms, with trundle beds available for additional guests. The professional-grade kitchen features granite counters, gas stove, large fridge, dishwasher, ice machine, and outdoor BBQ.
Four bicycles included for short rides to the surf, the yoga studios, or nearby beaches. Bioclimatic design moves: cross ventilation, rainwater harvesting, and solar production keep comfort high and energy use low.
