The questions worth asking first

Who it is for

Families, groups of friends, couples, and small retreats who want a week in Nosara built around them rather than assembled from a booking site. It suits people who would rather make three decisions than thirty. Group size is set by the villa, from a couple up to the largest houses in the collection.

How the coordination fee works

Every proposal shows the cost of each component separately: villa, chef, transfers, experiences, taxes. Our coordination fee is one line you can see, not a margin buried inside the other numbers. There is no revision fee and no deadline to decide.

How support works while you are here

Your WhatsApp channel with the team goes live two weeks before arrival and stays open for the length of your stay. It covers anything to do with the trip we arranged: a schedule change, a weather call, a restaurant, a driver running late, something wrong at the villa. We live in Nosara, so it is a local team answering, in English or Spanish. It is not a medical or emergency line.

How partner operators fit in

We coordinate the stay. Much of what happens inside it is delivered by independent local operators we book directly: chefs, surf coaches, guides, drivers, wellness practitioners. Ocean experiences are run by Monkey Head Adventures, our sister company, on their two boats out of Playa Garza. Availability, participation requirements, and cancellation terms can vary by operator, and we tell you which is which in the proposal.

What confirms a booking

A signed booking and a fifty percent deposit holds the dates. The booking contract, villa terms, and cancellation policy go to you before any money moves. The balance is due seventy-two hours before arrival, not earlier.
